My Topic: Globalization of Korean Food.
Research Proposal.
My parents cook the Korean food for a long time, I like Korean food and interested in that. so, my topic is Korean food at first.
I think as the food culture becomes more globals, we also glovalize our
traditional food.
Before writing (about globalization of korean food) I think that many kinds of traditional Korean foods. Because there is many kinds of Korean food I intend have a choice one kind of Korean food. So, I can think a one and first R.Q.! here..
(1) What is the best food to globalize the Korean Food?
I would like to know the food what is the best to globalize.(ex. Dduk-Bbo-ki, Kimchi, Bibimbap..and so on.)
such a R.Q. can find a strength that it's good Korean food (to globalize).
If I know the best Korean food (to globalize), I arrange my ideas and think.
-How do we act to Globalization business of Korean Food?
but before, Japanese restaurants are opening in large cities throughout the world.
That is, we need to be taught by an Japanese.
So, I intend to globalization of korean food compare with Japanese strategy.
Then we know "How do we act to Globalization business of
Korean Food? " also.

(2) What are we act at Globalization of Korean food compare with Japanese
